Grumpy

Terrible night's sleep; David kept coughing, although he must've been asleep through a lot of it, because I passed him a new bottle of water and he took it and put it down in his sleep. So all through the night when I was hissing, 'drink some water!' he kept saying he didn't have any and I assumed he'd drunk it all and he has no recollection of me passing it over...

But I was awake because my stomach was hurting. Really bad cramps that had me rushing to the loo as soon as I got up. I ended up getting the girls ready, telling D he had to take them over to the bus and collapsing into bed again to sleep until 10.45. Unheard of.

I feel very miffed. I still have the cold from hell and now I have a tummy bug too?

On the plus side, wesleysgirl and I have started our Giles/Ethan fic which I've been looking forward to doing.

And it's gone very warm; the snowbanks are receding slightly and matted, brown grass is peeking out. Way too early to think spring, but it feels that way at the moment.
