Just called the doctor's office and the results were benign. Will need to get retested in six months as a precaution but otherwise all is okay. Fibrous something or other. Very relieved!

Having a lovely time with Alicia and Dave, our visitors from England who're with us for two weeks. Alicia and I have been friends since we were eleven and it is so nice to catch up since obviously we don't see each other much in person.

We just got back from three days away in Ottawa/Algonquin Park. Lots of bug bites and blisters but many happy memories.
