SEAL training

I linked to this 2006 article years ago but with Hawaii Five-0 and Steve being a SEAL and all I thought it'd be interesting to read again and see the intensive training they go through.

There's also a great ep of a show that was on Discovery Channel last year called "Surviving the Cut" that featured SEALs; it was very enlightening.
