Finally!

I've had a Jack/Daniel fic on the go for weeks. Literally. Five or six at least, maybe longer, and I came so close to ditching it because it just wasn't working and now it's done. 7,000 words of meandering, babbling, stream of consciousness stuff that I'm going to have to do a lot to to get it in any fit state to post but it's done.

The end doesn't match the start, there isn't an end in some ways and it's still UST not smut but I don't care. Done. Thank God. Done.

Off to edit and smack into shape ::rolls up sleeves::

Birthdays and stuff

Just got back in from volunteering at L's school. Shattered, but it was fun reading with them.

Happy Birthdays to soft_princess, cherryicee and mariposa1962! So many lovely people celebrating this month; have a wonderful day all of you ::much love::

David and Dad and a friend have gone fishing on a truly icky day, all damp and gloomy. Not that it will stop them...

And the update of Hollow Heart will be a little later today; Bitca is out and I have to take L to a birthday party at 5.30 and won't be back until 8.00. But it will be posted, promise. Just not at our usual 2/3.00 time.

Still can't cut and paste online unless I use the keyboard shortcuts... Netscape wrote back and didn't really tell me anything useful. Most strange.
