Birthday and Challenges and Recs

Happy birthday to a new friend, ficbitca_bear! Hope today is full of sunshine and sparkles and, of course, cake. ::hugs::

I signed up for the Multifandom DVD Commentary Challenge on page 4 which makes it unlikely anyone left on LJ who hasn't done it will care, but late to the party is still at the party, right? Anyone wants to commentate (that looks weird) on any of my fics, I'd adore it to bits. I'm trying to pick one to do by someone else but spoiled for choice doesn't cover it.

The girls had a sleepover and I'm waiting for David to get up and make pancakes. My mouth is parched as I haven't had coffee or juice but I have read a mindblowingly hot slice of erotica which goes to show how LJ has changed me over the years as smut before breakfast has to be decadent on a strawberries dipped in chocolate level. It was by synecdochic and it's Cameron/Daniel and Jack/Daniel and BDSM and people watching and talking and just left me breathless with the way it was written, the use of words, yes I know; that's what a story is, but sometimes words can do more than just describe something) and the whole atmosphere she created.

Okay, I've been playing with this for weeks and it's time to post, move on. It might have been a tad ambitious for me...but I got to stare at lots of Teal'c and Jack footage, and there is no bad there.
