Birthdays

Today is a holiday here in Canada (Family Day. I'm ambivalent about it, but eh, it's a long weekend. It's cold and clear and sunny and the snow has all but gone so David is sawing up a piece of wood to replace the plastic swing seats that have shattered and split to the point of being lethal.)

It is also the birthday of troyswann and lorrilynnebrown which is definitely reason for a national holiday :-)

Ack to infinity

I just went to my web page to check something on the Sentinel stories and the page cuts off half way down, as if the last time I updated it, I only cut and pasted half of it over and saved the truncated version not noticing and twenty odd fics are missing ::runs in circles whimpering::

I can find a cached version on the Wayback Machine and I have a list of all my fics elsewhere in date order, so I can rebuild it, but I'm going to need to find out what I saved them as and recode and.... DO NOT NEED EXTRA WORK. AM VERY BUSY, THANK YOU.

ETA I love the Wayback Machine. I've had to edit the link code but a simple cut and paste or what was missing saved me masses of work. Should be back up in a few minutes.

Whew. That was SCARY.
