bennys_mum, betagoddess's daughter. She and her family were in the area and they came to visit this afternoon, which was just lovely. It was so nice to be able to talk about dear Helen and just to meet up with her after all this time.
Her son, who is two and a half is the most delightful little boy. I don't think he stopped smiling the whole time he was here and he was so very well-behaved and totally adorable. Luckily we still had a few age appropriate toys around and he had a lot of fun playing with a pirate ship and driving a Cosy Coupe car around.
I love how easy it is to talk to LJers. There's no sense of meeting strangers; we know each other already, we just haven't met in person, that's all.
