This made David laugh until he cried

The first 20 seconds are the bit that had him hanging onto me because he couldn't stand up, he was laughing so hard. I think it's funny, but not that funny, but the overall series is great; we were browsing them on You Tube all night.

SEAL training

I linked to this 2006 article years ago but with Hawaii Five-0 and Steve being a SEAL and all I thought it'd be interesting to read again and see the intensive training they go through.
