Buy in bulk

We just got back from the supermarket with two pork legs. David's butchered one and I checked the label; 22lbs of pork and guess how much? $6.77 for the whole leg.

That is why we bought two :-)

We now have chops, pork roasts, chunks for stir fry and lots to be ground to make our own sausages.

That is ridiculously cheap.
