It's Roll Up the Rim* time in Canada and I just rolled my first cup today. I sent Lauren out into the wet, slushy hell that is our world after more snow, freezing rain, normal rain, and a thunderstorm all happened within the space of three hours or so yesterday, and she came back to say the buses were cancelled (WIMPS!) so I drove her to school.
Feeling like a Proper Canadian, I stopped at the drive through at Timmies and got a coffee. It's their 25th anniversary year so you can roll the rim in TWO places on the cup.
I got nothing and a donut so I am now
1/2.
Watch this space!
* Tim Hortons is a chain of coffee shops. Throw a stone in Canada and you'll hit one. We love them. Every year they do special cups for a month or so and you roll up the rim to reveal a win or not. Free coffee, donuts, money, cars.
