Buffy thought

As I've mentioned, we're re-watching Buffy with Lauren, 1-2 episodes a night. Last night was The Wish/Amends.

A thought struck me; who owns the Bronze? We never see them, never have anyone complaining that people are smashing it up in vampire fights, or having clandestine meetings there late at night (or surprise birthday parties).

Who owns it? I wanna know!
