Wah! No Angel DVD?

Don't know if it's true but the word is that syndication will delay the release of Angel S2 on DVD. In a major strop I defiantly got out my videos to watch (was saving them as I expected the DVD to be out soonish)...only to discover that I have ::gasp:: two missing episodes and the sound is terrible. I have to turn it right up and then the background hiss drowns the brooding. Need...DVD...now...
