I need the smut too; bloody, bloody car wouldn't start after E's soccer game. Went 'vrumm, vrumm' (excuse the highly technical car talk) but wouldn't turn over. A mum kindly hooked up her car to mine with the jump leads I don't leave home without; didn't help. Then an officious man came bustling over to help out the helpless women ::eye rolls:: Changed how I had the leads so one was attached to the car not the battery for some reason, asked me if I was flooring it and when I did and said, maybe it's flooded, said, 'well it is now', checked that I had gas even when I said I had a three quarter full tank because he didn't trust me...then buggered off when a (male) friend arrived. He offered us a lift, the woman let me use her cell, a neighbour and one of my best friends appeared (she was parked next to me and I er, didn't recognise her van. Oops) and then, then, the bloody car started.
I am so very very sick of this. I want a cell phone and a new (different that is) car and I want them now. But again, very touched by how kind everyone was, even the man who pissed me off with his attitude because he probably didn't mean to
