After much, much, net searching we've decided to take day trips instead of a holiday away. As the 'service engine soon' light keeps coming on, perhaps it's for the best. On the plus side, I won't have to iron or be afk for a week. I know you'd have missed me ::g::
Yesterday my friend and I took our kids to see 'Sky High'. Lots of fun (the alternative was a talking dog movie so I wasn't in a critical mood, heh). I am such a slasher; the first appearance of the leather-clad bad boy with the heart of gold (Warren Peace) and I was ready to pair him off with Will Stronghold just like that. It was described as Buffy meets Kim Possible, and that's fair enough.
Very excited over gay cowboys in Brokeback Mountain like most of my f-list.
Very jaw-dropped by the idiot wanting money to write fic, again like most of my f-list.
Very tired because I haven't been sleeping. Somehow I feel most of my f-list will know how I feel there, too ::g::
