Just watched 'Cor-Ai' on space. Anyone who watched SGA last week (Epiphany); one of the guest stars in that was David McNally, right? Who played Hanno, the man accusing Teal'c of killing his father in Cor'Ai, and Simon in the S3 episode 'Demons'? Because it's been driving me mad trying to work out where I've seen him before.
Gosh, I thought Joss was good at reusing actors, but SG-1 and SG:A have it off to an art ::g::
And while I'm here,
paian did a stunning Lost City fic. So damn hot and very readable. I nearly missed the school bus because I just had to get to the end of it ::g::
We went shopping as a family yesterday and nipped into Linen n' Things to see if there was anything that looked like a possible pressie for grandparents. I needed a throw for a chair (cats. claws. say no more) and we found one made in some fluffy, soft, furry stuff... oh my God, it was addictive. I called David over and we stood there stroking it and making little squee noises (okay, maybe that was just me) and then the girls came over and all four of us were stroking it and falling in love.
I almost cracked and bought it ($40 and a perfectly adequate throw behind it was only $15) but then we spotted the dreaded 'needs to be professionally dry cleaned' label. That was the sort of throw you want toroll around naked on with rosepetals involved cuddle up to; it's going to get grubby fast.
Bye, bye, throw ::sobs::
