I last updated Preying on my Mind on 7/7. Over three weeks ago. I used to apologise if my daily updates of WIP's stretched to two days...what's happened to me?
Anyway, the good news is that, spurred on by the consuming guilt and the knowledge that I agreed to a sleepover for E and her bestest buddy so there'll be no writing time tonight, I finished chapter eight and sent it whizzing away to my beautiful, beloved beta Green ::smooches her for being so patient with me::
Hurrah, hurray, yippee de day and similar rejoicings.
I suppose the sensible thing would be to start chapter nine at once but heh, I probably won't. Got a couple of ficlet ideas clashing and banging in my head and I might have to silence them the only way possible first.
