are so identical to mine that when I happened to notice them last night I thought I was on my own page. I just freaked. Heyer, Hill, Pratchett, Sayers, Allingham, Duncan...got them all or read them all and love them. Apart from Heyers' 'Barren Corn' which was dire. The one that really made me squee was Brent Dyer though. I have children's books down as an interest but that's it as there were too many favourites to list. I have all but one of the CS books (darn not getting CS in the Oberland when it came out in pb!) and lots of the others; La Rochelle series and such. I also collect Elsie Oxenham and Dorita Fairlie Bruce; together, they're the Big Three in the collecting world, as I found out when I started to spend big money on them. Ouch...some were forever out of my range, though i got photocopies of some Oxenhams from the EJO Society sales. My red letter day was walking into an Oxfam book shop in Southamptin and picking up Oxenham's 'Patience Joan, Outsider' for nine pounds, then walking a hundred yards down the street to a used book store and getting her 'New Girls At Wood End' for three pounds. Both are very rare, and valuable (though I want them to read, not sell, so that doesn't matter so much).
Anyway; if you want to chat about them, I'd love to.
