David got back safely from England bearing a Stargate magazine for me, assorted comics for the girls and sour wine gums, jelly babies, Minstrels and chocolate formememememe everyone.
He also told me that for the duration of the World Cup, Mars bars come in a wrapper that says 'BELIEVE' not 'Mars'.

None of you in England thought to mention this? The way consuming chocolate will help our boys lift that trophy high? I'm disappointed ::shakes head mournfully::
Am I the only one who wanted to send Rooney to his room for a time out after that petulant flinging of his soccer boots when he got subbed? And poor, poor Owen...
E and L are both on all day field trips so my friend and I are going out for shopping, coffee, a pedicure (my first ever) and lunch. Come September when L starts full-time Grade 1, all days will be like this ::evil chuckle::
