In the last week I've written 6710 words of fiction. Not that many maybe for some of you but that's one chapter of a WIP and nine stories. I don't know what came over me but I couldn't stop. Now I feel...dessicated. Like coconut.
It was a lot of fun but it's taking me all my time to keep up with posting them all over the place and I'm losing track. Got to slow down, take my time, stop rushing...it's like a drug. The high I get from the idea, the writing, the images...so nice. Then comes the feedback which I adore to bits (yes, writing is its own reward but heh, the feedback is the slice and the ice in the G and T; sets it off so well).
Trouble is, all but the WIP were unbeta'd which is a bad habit to get into. Do all of you get every single thing beta'd? Even drabbles and such?
Anyway, I'm going to try and take a breath and stop being so impatient. If I post something two days later, unless it's a birthday fic or for a challenge, it really won't matter. It won't ::sigh::
