I got my Angel BoD assignment, tucked it away in the 'keep' folder and forgot about it. I haven't even started to think about it ::panics:: OK, it's only been a day or so but supposing I hadn't remembered? 3,000 words isn't something you can just dash off...well, not for me. It's very open which is good in some ways, bad in others, as it means I have to pick a pairing and I want it to be one that suits the recipient, not just me. Oh well, Fred/Lorne's sort of a universal favourite, right? ::grin::
My Giles/Spike/Wes fic is stalled which is bad but I finished my Giles/Oz and sent it to be beta'd which is good. Do they cancel each other out?
Life wise, not fic wise, the to do list is too long to even look at without shuddering violently. And I began my diet. 155 pounds today but I promise not to keep mentioning it. Unless it goes down lots and then I'll be forced to be bouncy and insufferable. It's for the cholesterol thingie rather than to lose weight for its own sake.
The house painter just told me the upstairs windows have dry rot.
Oh, joy. We haven't touched 'em for the six years we've been here so I suppose it's to be expected. Why half the windows are plastic and half wood I don't know.
