I got passport photos done in November and never got around to printing off the forms.
I just did -- and discovered, confirmed by e-mail to the passport office -- that I'm going to have to shell out another $20 as the photos have to have been taken in the last month ::grinds teeth::
I'm sure it used to be six months. Gah. Like adults change so much in a few months?
