Following the recent happening about the Wiki that posts people's real names and which I shall not link to, and given that my own page there is a meaningless string of titles lifted from ff.net with zero value to anyone, I wrote to ask for it to be taken down.
I just had a reply from Laura Hale to say it had (good, and it was done quickly, also good), which suggested that I check back frequently in case someone else recreates it.
Not good. Given the suggestion that the whole thing was manufactured to bump the site stats, this strikes me as being more of the same. Plus, I said I didn't want to be there once; why should I have to say it again or monitor a site in which I have no interest and, after reading many posts on the subject, a growing antipathy?
