I'm watching CNN and honestly, those presenters are having SO MUCH FUN with their cool, techy toys. It's seriously adorable. Touch screens, White House models hanging in thin air... I grew up in the UK where we had the Swingometer.
They just had a hologram of Will Smith appear, beamed into the studio from chicago. A HOLOGRAM.
I'm just...are no words :-)
I'm glad it's all looking good for Obama; it's not my election, but it'd be nonsensical to say I don't have a stake in it; the US is too influential for its choice of leader not to matter to people outside its borders.
Not sure I'll be able to stay awake to the end but I'll do my best to make it 'til midnight, say.
