Do we know who owns the pushbike we see in the loft? Was it there before Blair moved in?

Is there bike fic of any description? Not necessarily involving smut though God knows, they have sex on, in, and under the truck often enough :-))

Ditto on the telescope on the balcony...though I know there's fic featuring that, because I've written a couple myself.
