Enjoyed tonight's a lot.
Going behind the cut.
That was smoother, solid, LOVE the short commercials, and really built on the characters as it revealed some things and confused others.
Everyone seemed more sympathetic tonight (except that blond guy at the end I wanted to smack some manners into) and the twist of the handler/Echo trust dynamic was genuinely moving.
I knew Joss wouldn't let Echo be saved by her handler, though. Helped, yes, saved, no.
Really was a lot better than last week's, not that there was anything wrong with last week's, this just had more punch to it. Darker edged, too.
