I'll go behind a cut so that I can mention episode details without spoiling people; not detailed plot points, more the TV Guide type episode descriptions. I think the dates are going to be May 18/May 25; the two-part finale.
These are the remaining episodes. We know that the character that seems possible for RB (decorated Marine, dishonorable discharge, now a mercenary) was cast for two eisodes, which points to the finale since it's a two-parter.
April 27 7.20 Deals with polygraph operator's night job. Details of guest cast released; no RB.
May 4 7.21 Obsession. Tony-centric; he gets obsessed with finding the sister of a murder victim. Details of guest cast released; no RB.
May 18 Patriot Down Finale Part 1
May 25 Finale Part 2 In the conclusion of a two-part finale, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) heads to Mexico for a showdown with a drug cartel intent on revenge.
Mike Franks is back for episodes in late May, which would tie in with it being for the finale ones. RB's (possible) character is a mercenary, so he could be working for the cartel or it's related to the Bell subplot in some way, since that's still a bit up in the air with the lawyer, Mallison, and her motives for hanging around Gibbs.
All guesswork, but I don't see how it can be for any other episodes than those two. It's too early to be filming for S8, I'd say, and these four are all that's left.
