Let me cut so I don't have to worry about spoiling anyone.
I saw NCIS LA last night and thought they did a good job of showing the team dealing with Dom's loss, though the focus was mostly on Hetty, Sam and G. I think Hetty's resignation withdrawal fell a little flat at the end.
NCIS original broke my heart with the Gibbs/Abby scenes; so much said without a word! And the ending. God. Abby's integrity shines, even if I think Tony would've buried the evidence and shone in a different way.
Claudia Black was wasted and didn't sound right but she rocked in what she did.
I also loved the look Tim and Tony exchanged when they were talking about the pranks. Tim admitting he fell in love with Tony's crafted online persona is so telling and I think they're getting to see that. Tim sabotaging Tony's attempts to chat up hot women is a red flag, too.
Glee. How much do I love Kurt's dad? And how much do I wish they'd stop sledgehammering nuts to get Meaningful Messages Across?
I also wonder how much harm it does to perpetuate this stereotypical view of high school with the jocks throwing the geeks into dumpsters and such -- are they really like that? Really? Eleanor assures me nothing remotely like this bullying goes on in her high school but we're in Canada... We had bullying in the UK at my school, sure, but not this...flagrant and accepted and almost applauded. Eh, maybe I'm overthinking this. It's Glee, not a documentary :-)
Eleanor and I are united in one wish; we want to see Kurt kiss a boy and get his world rocked. Stat.
