The screen kept going blank during 'Angel' so as soon as it finished I rewound, flipped channels and retaped it. Which meant I watched it again. Which meant by the time I got to the computer you'd all said everything, noticed all the plot points I would have, and more besides, and apart from adding my voice to the praise there isn't much to say. I loved it. Yes, some issues with stuff, one being, Hellbound got all those warnings for mature subject matter and this just got a 14 rating, no other warnings? I thought it was pretty gruesome.

Also,with spoilers Why didn't we get told where Faith and Robin were? OK, I did a cut, might as well say stuff now...loved the symbolism of her stripping the coat from Spike, as he had done to Nikki. Adored the proud, fond little smile Angel had at the end as he looked at Spike figuring stuff out. Hated the total lack of bloody communication between Buffy and Angel. Hated it. She didn't know he'd taken over an evil law firm right away and that shouldn't be enough to destroy her trust; first thing they should have done after leaving the crater was find a phone and tell Angel what had happened.Including the spell which must have made so many ripples every mystic would have noticed. And if they didn't, hell, yes W and H should have known from simple detective work. Sheesh. Goes beyond anything that Giles and the rest aren't having tabs kept on them. Or that no one bothered to get details from Spike about what happened when Sunnydale was destroyed. Don't these people ever talk?
Andrew hugging Spike and Angel's look of...jealousy? Maybe not, but something.The LotR stuff? More adoration. Oh, stopping now, I'm not saying anything new.
