OK, going to duck behind a cut.

I cried. Not as much as I did at the end of Chosen, but we're talking tears welling up, spilling over, face wiping and David coming over to hug me. Cordy gone. Cordy who was there from day one. Damn, that hurt.

As usual, everyone got in before me, partly because David took advantage of me crying to sneak onto the computer and start playing a horrible game where he wanders around shooting people. So I flipped channels and watched the episode all over again.

I liked it, in bits I loved it, but it didn't affect me as much as last week's. Partly because it was a Special Episode and I don't like being made to feel, which is why The Body, on first viewing irritated me a little.

Lots of goodies but some small points; they bought Cordy one outfit? That she wore two days running? Hello? And it was two sizes too small. Cordy's bra was showing for heaven's sake. But everyone noticed that so, moving on. She did look pretty. Eve, as ever, looked like a slut. A smirking, one brain cell, besotted slut. Cordy, never known for being polite when a full frontal attack will do the job better, put her in her place, threatened her, called her Lilah-Lite (snicker; like we haven't all been saying that) and wanted Angel to torture her. Well...OK! Go for it.

I had a mouthful of vodka and coke when Harmony launched herself at Eve. Touch and go for a moment but I finally managed to swallow so I could laugh hysterically.

Lindsey smiles too much too; no wonder he hooked up with Eve. But yes, he strips well and he loves Angel, oh yes he does. He could have staked him just as easily and if he can magic up a sword, he could change it to wood. And can we stop making Angel fly? He couldn't do it before, not like that, so don't make him do it now. What, did Sunnydale have a ceiling over it or something? Jumping yes, levitating no. Looked damn silly.

Loved lots though. Wes/Cordy. Lilah. Connor, though it got shunted aside, you just know there's a ticking clock, umm, ticking. Eve knows and she's going to be feeling bitchy, Wesley heard and he's good at putting together the pieces...

Spike and Angel were cute. Not as sympatico as the end of last week, but cute. Angel let Spike work with him and didn't scoff and mock much. Their fight in the corridor was hot. I don't know why, it just was. It was all real and aggravated but there was still this intimacy about it somehow. Ignore me.

I'm done.

Mini rant; I keep seeing people call it 'Your Welcome'. Eesh. Hurts my eyes. 'You are' contracts to 'you're'. Yes, I'm a grammar bitching nitpicker. No apologies. ::stares at post uneasily wondering how many errors are in it::

And when I was filing at the library, an entire plot for a Regency romance (original I mean, not Buffyverse) came into my head and I got quite excited. I checked out a non fic book to begin my research. The library only had one, but there's lots on line too. I'm so going to Write A Book ::resolve face::
