So many birthdays recently! One ongoing LJ party. Whee!
I went shopping today and stood in HMV boggling indignantly. They had S3 Angel (not due out until the tenth) for $85 CAD and Red Dwarf 3 and 4 for $65. Adding in the tax, that would come to about $175. I got them off Amazon.ca for $145. That is one big mark up, not to mention the selling before the release date thing. Colour me indignant.
I also bought a new iron and I will use only bottled water in this one (pampered iron!) as our water is hard enough to hurt if it hits you and even though I fill it from a softened tap, there is no steam emerging from the old one.
The unnamed WIP is at 3,000 words and is totally implausible and I Don't Care. Giles, Wes and Spike are going to have an orgy and that's that.
David is off ice fishing tomorrow. He has grossed me out entirely by telling me that one method of livening up the maggots, presumably little chips of ice at this point, is to put them in your mouth . I may never kiss him again. Ever. Even though he swore he won't/hasn't/would never.
