Liliha Bakeries make the coco puffs and this is how the blogger describes them:
It’s a small puffed pastry filled with a creamy chocolate pudding and topped with a thick, semi-hard, vanilla and coconut frosting. They are similar to an eclair, but much better. Coco puffs are refrigerated, but with the first bite, they melt in your mouth.
They sound divine, apart from the coconut. Not a fan of that...

I make these from scratch, so clearly I need to try adding cocoa to the pastry and the pudding.
Heck, I should just always add chocolate to everything....
