I'm feeling pleasantly accomplished as I just dashed off 700 words of my fic for the G/X ficathon and Eleanor just got invited to a sleepover tonight which means she's bouncy, not bored. That last bit has nothing to do with me technically, but who cares?
Oh look. It's snowing again. How warm is it in San Diego where David is? Grr...and he's got a suite of rooms, the jammy git ::brood::
I was pleased but surprised; a really old Spuffy fic of mine got nominated in the Watching You awards for best short and best fluff. Very kind of someone, and I do have a soft spot for 'A Spike Is For Life'; the one where Buffy opens the door on Christmas Eve and Spike's standing there starkers but for his boots (which is a plot point, so there! Well, the boots are. The naked bit was his idea.).
