My friend bid on a three hour yacht trip in a charity auction and won. It's for six, so she invited David and me, as well as her husband (0bviously) and two other close friends we've known for years and we set sail around Toronto Harbor tomorrow.
It's a big day with the air display so we're going to be there from 12-3 and should get to watch the display.
ITINERARY on Saturday September 1:
• 12:00 pm boarding at the National Yacht Club.
• We plan to stay at the dock as long as you wish and then depart for a cruise around the Toronto Harbour and Islands, take in the CNE Air Show and plan to be back at the dock by 3:00 pm.
The yacht looks very fancy and they provide light lunch. And you can swim off it but...mmm. I don't see me doing that.

Be sure to pack a big trunk of clothes, and anything else you can't live without on a desert island for the next--well, forever.
At least you're going with five friends. I wonder who the seventh in your party will be. *g*
