Because I'm tenacious (sadly, not with a 'd' on the end) I nudged Amazon about the banning of The Flesh Cartel, since it's been a week of silence since the letter acknowledging my original complaint.

I got this back:

They've JUSTIFIED AND DETAILED my comments? Say what? 'the correct team internally' What does that even MEAN?

I think the 'F' is an appropriate grade. Good gravy.

I love the "the book was removed" bit. Not a bit of agency in that sentence. And I can live with detailed, but "justified"? Are they verifying that the customer's ranting about something that has reasons?
