Went back to sleep after the alarm went off and so I'm feeling vaguely out of step as all the stuff I normally do got skimped, ignored or done at speed. It's chucking it down, it's picture day for Lauren and as I dropped her at preschool I saw toothpaste stuck in her hair and there are four presents that need to be posted to England for April birthdays that I haven't actually bought, let alone wrapped.
And David dismantled the old TV so we are ::gasp:: without one. I didn't mind; he went out soccering last night so I watched 'I Robot, You Jane' on the computer. Wow. Quality is incredible; I'm betting even the new TV (which should arrive between 12 and 6.00; I love precision in delivery times, don't you?) won't be this good. I saw Giles' eyes close up and yes, definitely green. And am I the only W/G shipper who didn't know S1 Willow had the cutest photo of her and Giles in her locker door? Tell me there's fic about that photo being taken, or Giles' reaction if he sees it, or something, because I wants it, I does.
Oh, and because it's sort of going around; in a year my friends list has changed a fair bit and a lot of you aren't so much into Buffy fic now. I'm not likely to be writing anything else, apart from original fic (if I keep saying that maybe it'll happen...) and if you're not here for the fic I can't imagine there's much else of interest, as a good word to describe my life rhymes with 'full' and means the opposite.
So I'll close my eyes and count to 100 and if anyone wants to sneak away quietly that's fine :;hugs::
Writing nearly 5,000 words of G/X has left my arm numb. Better go and do some therapeutic housework.
