I was off the computer most of yesterday as David had the day off and we were racing around getting stuff done, mostly to do with the new TV which needs yards of cables, speaker mounting, blah blah tech stuff. All worth it to watch the Balrog fall into the lake in crystal clear detail and ginormous.
Anyway, I missed Icon Appreciation Day but I do appreciate them and all the people who've made beautiful ones for me or let me snaffle the wonderful ones they've done. Icons are miniature works of art, tiny stories, funny, clever, sexy, shocking, beautiful...I can't do them myself and don't think I ever would be able to as it's not my field, but it doesn't mean I can't appreciate the finished product, even if what went into making it is a closed book to me. Just know it's a lot harder than it looks.
So thank you all and don't ever stop ::hugs and smooches::
Remember a few days ago I was peevish over the ff.net reviews that turned out to be commercials for someone else's fic? In a moment of madness I wrote to her and pointed out that it was rude to do that and no kindness to her friend as her story was crap (I was less blunt than that).
Got this back;
Ooops sorry! Swear to god didnt mean it, u can believe it or not like I give a flying fuck. I accidently copy and pasted the review and was just about to email u 2 say sorry for it, cos it was accidental. But then my father ddecided now wud be a gud time to use the fone and knock the internet off. Sorry for the trouble. But u have no right to bring my mate into this. I'm right your wrong, take it bitch.

P.S: Oh, and I overexaggerated on the describing part, try to actually string a sentance together next chappie! Cant wait!!! I will be reading.
Uh; mixed messages much? 'Take it bitch' followed by 'kisses'? It popped up when I was talking to someone on the phone and I started to giggle and couldn't stop. How do you accidentally cut and paste a review anyway? Each review has to be different because each story is. C and p doesn't come into it! She was so spamming every W/G fic at ff.net, she really was.
I shall go now and practise stringing my sentences together. Constructive criticism is always welcome after all.
