wesleysgirl and she's not here but I hope she and all the other people I know at the con are having the best time ever and that they make a huge fuss of her. ::sends birthday hugs across the miles::
Wonderfalls last night was brilliant; right back as funny as episode 1 after a bit of a dip. I think pairing it with Tru Calling is a good idea and I hope it perks up. Last night was a lot of fun. One plot bit had me puzzled but eh, not to worry.
Remember the W/G ff.net fic that got me that hilarious flame? It has a second chapter. It's actually quite a bit better (in comparison); Oz's thoughts are nicely angry/anguished and there's the odd bit that works. Still not good, but not as unutterably bad. I'd tell her so, if not for the fact that she's prefaced the chapter with

Because dictated, censored reviews are so useful to a new writer in serious need of help ::sigh:: She had no reason to say that either; the two reviews making suggestions were blunt but in no way flames.
However, improved though it is, this bit had me howling,
Oz stopped dead in his tracks. He couldn’t believe this. Willow. His Willow. And Giles? No, god no this couldn’t be happening. Xander he could understand but a 48 year old man? A librarian. God, this was just plain wrong.
Yes, no one should ever have sex with librarians. You don't know where they've been ;-)
