Just opened the door from the house to the garage to throw some stuff in the recycle bins and a bin slid and fell over. I put my foot on the wooden steps going down into the garage and BANG, fell on my bum, bruising it and scraping my left wrist slightly and taking the skin off my left elbow :;whimpers::

Wet wooden steps are slippery. Who knew?

I will do ::hugs:: Felt shaky afterwards but I'm okay now. Not looking forward to a bath; ooh, it's going to sting :-(

It's traumatic to your whole system to have a fall like that. I think it's important to be really good to yourself for a few days - drink lots of water, eat good food, get enough sleep. Don't overdo it! Hard at this time of year, I know. *Hugs hugs hugs*

ack! yeah, it is super icy and slippery out there right now. I went as far as the sidewalk, almost wiped out three times, and went back inside. :) Feel better!
