Just picked up the post. Nice, thick envelope from the Permanent Resident people. All of our applications for the PR card that we shouldn't have to have because we already did the landed immigrant thing thankyouverymuch, sent back. Why? We didn't include a second photo of the three of us, signed on the back by a guarantor.

Except we DID. I can remember carefully checking it off the list as I put it in with the application and they've lost it and how mad am I? Not as mad as I will be when I try calling them and sit through three minutes of crap, painstakingly translated into French, before I have an option to press 1 for service in English and then after more menus, I get transferred to a busy signal which means I have to do it all again.

But this time I'm savvy and I slam my finger down on zero and skip it all.

And I still get the fucking busy signal.

And the taxes still came out wrong.

And I am not happy.

I swore in an LJ post. {But I edited it out a bit now I'm calmer ;-)}

I'm so pissed off.

I did it again.
