I've discovered that I just can't do anything at the weekend. Done next to no writing, the house is a tip and the ironing...oh boy, there's more in the pile than there is in the closets.
Today I was woken up by a storm. The loudest hailstorm imaginable. I really thought the water was pouring in through the roof and leapt out of bed to check.
Lauren is a bit brighter but still croaky.
Today was the volunteer thanking reception at the local library, so I got dolled up and dragged David down. Got my five year pin, though I've been doing it for 6 years. Always nice to go and see the other people as I volunteer late at night and the office is empty.
I stayed up till gone midnight finishing the Tea and Biscuits update. I raced through it and I'll have to go back and read it again, but it was so exciting that I wanted to find out what happened. And then I got to the end and, well, no spoilers but eep! Major eep.
And I am going to be spoiler free for the finale. I don't want to know. I want to wait. So no more spoilers for me. I mean it :;resolve face:: If this is all we get, I want to be surprised.
