Happy Birthday
paige_eliz! I hope it's just full of everything you like best ::snuggles and hugs::
And see my icon? Not content with improving my ABoD fic out of recognition with some wickedly witty betaing,
penwiper26 made me a very lickable Ripper icon! I have the best friends, I really do ::clutches you all to me possessively::
I woke up thinking about a BCD snippet; tiny, barely more than a drabble...but it was from Giles' POV ::nibbles lip:: BCD is Spike, always...can I do that? I did have one BCD drabble from Xander's POV I suppose...and hey, who's in charge of that 'verse anyway? ::talks myself into it::
Mum goes home tomorrow; going to miss her very much. My parents want to come over here to live but they're having a lot of problems getting information about something and I've looked online and tried calling people but the immigration department is permanantly engaged...does anyone have any experience in people coming to live in Canada? They could come and be sponsored by us, but they're not keen as we'd be responsible for their debts for ten years; not that they'd have any, but they don't want to ask that of us (we don't mind). They can stay as vistors for six months without any bother, but then they have to leave; question is, for how long? Could they nip over the border to the US for the weekend and then start over? Or what? Anyone know? Of course, as vistitors they wouldn't qualify for OHIP and if they got ill...
