Help!

Something weird has happened. I browse the net, get mail and such, through Netscape. Working fine all day; went to log on just and double clicking the desktop icon didn't work; no hourglass, nothing. Usually it's instantaneous, taking me to the profile box and then to the net. So did all the usual; turned it off, rebooted (about six times now), unplugged the modem, ran a virus scan...nothing. Internet Explorer works; that's what I'm using now, so the modem is fine.

Anyone got any ideas? Is anyone else having Netscape problems, or is it just me? If I lose Netscape...sheesh...bookmarks, in box, all sorts of stuff.:-(
