I'm switching between writing and brief - very brief - bursts of tidying. I did venture into the garden, only to discover that the plastic on the girls' swings has cracked and the seats are infested with wasps. Much freaking and shrieking from the children as I reached in with a stick and cautiously poked at this tiny nest inside, with wasps boiling out of it. Only three, but it felt like more.
All back inside now where it's safe. Bloody Nature.
