I'm still recovering from a trip to the mall; the AC in the car has died and we can't afford to fix it (the car's so old it might not be worth it). I think we're about 40C with the humidex :;melts:: Okay I checked the Weather Channel. 45C humidex. And Eleanor has to play soccer outside in an hour.

Got some stuff done but I'm gritting my teeth over the Jack/Teal'c vid which is crumbling to pieces like dry cake leaving a few raisiny clumps and a lot of bits that don't stick together. Why are vids so fragile? :;despairs:: You change one teeny, tiny bit and it collapses on you. Fics are more prodable somehow.

The girls are fighting for the computer (is is September yet?) so I'll have to relinquish this as it is IMPOSSIBLE to write with people hanging over your shoulder going 'Now? Can I have it now?'
