It's
fabu's birthday today and I'm wishing you all the very best of everything and sending it your way. Hope you have a wonderful, sparkle-filled day :;many hugs::
The soccer last night was unbearable even from the bench; the poor 11 year olds running around in the heat were dying. We won, one-nil, but as the score suggest, it was a very close game.
They do something in our local soccer league that I like (can't see it catching on in the Premiership, mind you). When a player is injured (usually a ball smacking them in the face, which happens a lot and oww) the coach/parent rushes onto the field, play halts, and all the players, wherever they are on the pitch, drop to one knee, waiting for her to get treated. It's astonishingly touching and dramatic.
Watched another episode of The Sentinel (3.13 The Trance) and enjoyed it more than the first; will definitely keep on watching. And OMG when Jim asked Blair to do the sexy wiggle dance again as they were driving along I died of the cute :-)
