I think I know why I don't use outlines.
It's the same reason I don't make to-do lists often; once I write it down, I get this erroneous impression that I've actually, you know, done it.
So 'Boundaries' is fully plotted out and dovetailing nicely, to borrow from H E Bates, but is in fact still at 8,339 words which is a long way off from the finish line, omg, yes.
But.
It's plotted.
So all I have to do is write it.

I have to say I'm rather proud of it so far. It's got a plot and supporting characters (all from canon) and once again we're out of the loft. It's astonishing how 98% of my TS stories are set in the loft and yet... I suppose where else can you set them? Buffy had Buffy's house, the school, the Magic Box, Giles' house, Xander's basement, Spike's crypt, cemeteries...lots of places. TS has the loft or the police station and you can't have sex at the latter (or whenever they do I tense up and mutter, "Simon said there were video cameras! Be careful!" at the screen.)
It's nice to get them out in the fresh air.
And now I've procrastinated for long enough. More writing. Because even though I know what happens, I still want to know what happens.

Lilly, one of the two main aliens in Decoys, played by Stephanie Von Pfetten, was Molly in the S4 episode of The Sentinel, 'The Waiting Room'. Really did not recognise her at all. It's weird because she looked older in TS, even though that was filmed 5 years earlier.
But so cool.

I said it was a mess; maybe the areas of London or something? and he pointed me at a comment on another part of The Guardian's website where someone asked if it was just them or does it look like Lisa Simpson going down on her brother.
