Gosh, this getting up at 7.15 is a Good Thing, really it is. It's 9.19, the kids have gone, the cats are outside, peace reigns, and the house is spit-spot tidy already, leaving me the whole day to write/edit/read smut.

In my TS fandom love post someone linked me (anon, or I'd credit) to a post on Mary McNamara's blog about the Days of Awe ficathon at daysofawesomewhich has a picture of Garett as Blair in it (warning: there's reference to an SGA casting spoiler in the sidebar).

She's the one who ranted about the decision to downgrade RB's DH role from regular to a lousy three minutes in S3. Right there with her on that one; bring back Karl, dammit!

RB in The Flash (again)

Okay, that was silly, but entertaining. I clipped three minutes from the end which is RB's best scene. He's in an exo-skeleton suit with flashing lights and his hair's floppy and he's ranting melodramatically.

How much do I love this man when he's having fun? :-)

Oh, and I watched Numb3ers (did I spell that right?) because it was on right after Las Vegas (one of the Burgi episodes) and too funny, both Las Vegas and Numb3ers started with 'Ring of Fire' playing; how's that for meaningless and yet amusing coincidence? Enjoyed Numb3ers, especially after I figured out where I knew the kidnapped girl from; she was the one who died of cancer after the bone graft in a Bones episode. Charlie is yummy, yes, he is and I liked his brother and dad, too.

Anyway. Thought. A vodka and coke flavoured thought.

Pick your favourite show still running (or more than one; what the hell; knock yourself out) and then say who, if you were World Dictator, would guest star on it in the new season.

Anyone. Anyone you like. Actor or even them playing a character from another show; Heroes and Las Vegas are in the same 'verse, aren't they?

And what would they be when they guest starred, if they were a new character, I mean?

I would like, hmm, Giles from BtVS as a patient on House who's been bitten by a vampire and turned but had aweird allergic reaction, so he's too weak to run, and House isn't sure what's causing the weird symptoms, or why the nurses are dropping like flies on that ward in the wee small hours.

And you just know he'll figure it out and stake poor Giles with his cane at the end.

Okay, that was a tad silly.

Richard Burgi as a leather-clad bounty hunter on SGA chasing Ronon for some reason (do we need a reason? I don't think we do).

Alexis Denisof as an old boyfriend of Bones who shows up and sweeps her off her feet and Booth fancying him seething over him.

Faith on Supernatural. Faith and Dean. Oh, be still my beating heart... the snark and UST and competitiveness would kill me ded.
