I just saw a commercial. Man/woman on the sofa getting smoochy when she pulls away and says she's going to get into something more comfortable. His face lights up in lustful anticipation, only to fall dramatically as she swans back in, dressed exactly the same but wearing glasses. Turns out her contacts were giving her grief.

Now as someone who wears glasses I find this worthy of a hurled cushion at the screen. The implication that she goes from desirable to dog is so pathetic that I don't know where to start.
