I fixed it! I can download again! I rock like a piece of granite, I really do ::basks in self satisfied glow::

I couldn't d/l Netscape because, duh, can't d/l, but I had a sudden thought and went to the Netscape files on the hard drive and reinstalled it from there in like two minutes and it works, it works, that fixed it!
