First, I get to play with have an intelligent, adult conversation for several hours with the adorable ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
autobadgirl who's coming for tea on Tuesday! I'm planning vast amounts of tidying so she can get through the door without breaking her leg on Polly Pocket or bloody, bloody, who invented it,bet they didn't have kids, Ello pieces.
Alsowesleysgirl and I have finished the total rewrite of Sick of Shadows and it's whizzing off to flaming_muse. It's now 25,000 words instead of 28,000 but you can see that it was a lot to work on so we deserve much chocolate, I'm sure.
Secretary is still not finished but I don't want it to be, as that doesn't have a deadline like SoS ;-) I had Chinese food last night, grocery shopped today, and kept thinking of what Wes did with both those innocent activities and got quite overcome ;-)
And, whee! Behind Closed Doors won Best Slash at the Bodice Ripper Awards! So chuffed! Thanks to all involved and congratulations to all the other winners, especially the ones I know.
BCD is one of the most personal fics I've ever written and I couldn't be happier. I'd also like to thank the lady who beta read it;kindkit I really don't think it'd be winning anything without the intensive, intelligent, supportive work she put in on it ::many hugs::
